Floor Mat Friday!

The factory floor mats cover only half of the floor, and they stop where I rest my feet while cruising. Being that I work outside, my carpet is getting ruined fast, so I decided to mend that. These are Lloyd Mats and they actually cover up to under the seat, and they are officially licensed by GM, while costing half of what Weathertechs cost. Overall I’m quite happy with, we’ll see how they wear.

those look really good - I prefer the rubber mats over carpet, catch all the mud/goo better, better pedal feel and I think just look better, more functional.

If I never went anywhere with any kind of dirt, oil, water, sand, and any other contaminant, then carpet would work great.

I hate the look of weathertechs. These (in pictures at least) look way better to me: https://3d-maxpider.com/ . Of course my car is too old for custom mats in general. I did get some new OEM mats since the originals were pretty worn, but they piss me off too, the driver’s mat comes unhooked and slides forward. Should figure out if I can inject some glue under the pegs to keep them from tilting forward or something .

Those look great, but they seem to have the same issue as the Weathertechs and my stock mats, they end too soon. That space between the mat and the seat is where most of my dirt collects.

I’m only 6'.
